Terms and Conditions are Binding: Tickets to the Concert are sold or given and admission to the Concert is granted on the express condition that you are bound by these Concert Terms and Conditions and any other rules and regulations issued by the Promoter (Concert T+Cs). By purchasing a Concert Ticket, you agree to be bound to the Concert T+Cs.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: The Concert is an all-weather event. The Concert will take place rain, hail, or shine, unless as determined by the Promoter due to Health & Safety issues. You understand, agree and accept that there are no refunds on tickets except where required by applicable law (including, without limitation, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair-Trading Act 1986).

You agree and accept that the Promoter has the right to change, add, withdraw, or substitute artists in the Concert line-up, vary the advertised program, vary the date, and/or vary the Concert Site without prior notification and deny admission to the Concert Site with reasonable cause. You agree and accept that The Summer Concert Tour is a festival style event, and that the artist line-up is subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, and that there will be no refunds on tickets in this scenario.

A change in personal circumstances does not entitle a ticket holder to return or exchange a ticket. Subject to any statutory rights of refund (including, without limitation, the provisions of the NZ Consumer Law), if an event takes place, then, except where expressly permitted by this policy, there is no right to a refund or exchange, including where a ticket holder cannot attend because of adverse weather conditions or if a ticket holder is unwell, or in any other personal circumstances.

There will be no refund of any unused portion of a Concert Ticket if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave for any of the reasons set out in the Concert T+Cs or if you decide not to attend.

You are responsible for checking the age minimum for the Concert. No refunds will be processed if you are denied entry due to not having valid identification for admittance to the Concert Site.

In the event that the Concert is rescheduled, your Concert Ticket(s) and any packages will be valid for the new date (or you will be offered Concert Ticket(s) and packages (if applicable) of a value corresponding with your original Concert Ticket(s) and packages for the rescheduled event). If you are unable to attend the rescheduled Concert date and you notify the Promoter of this within the timeframe specified by us (being at least (4) four weeks from the time the rescheduled Concert date is known), you will be able to cancel your Concert Ticket(s) (and any applicable packages) and obtain a refund of the sale price of your Concert Tickets and any packages (postage and delivery fees excluded). If you fail to notify the Promoter within the specified timeframe that you are unable to attend the rescheduled Concert date, you will be deemed to have accepted your order for Concert Tickets and any applicable packages to the rescheduled Concert, and you will not be entitled to claim a refund.
