We’re dedicated to bringing you the best concerts in New Zealand. We create unforgettable NZ events, showcasing the world’s greatest bands from the 70s and 80s at breath-taking venues. Think New Zealand concerts in amphitheatres; think festivals at wineries; think events at seaside locations.
We kick-started off with a bang in 2011 with the inaugural Gibbston Valley Winery Summer Concert, which was a huge success. Featuring Creedence Clearwater Revisited and Dr. Hook, this NZ event attracted 14,000 concert goers. Our boutique concert promoters are also proud to have brought the Doobie Brothers and Little River Band to 35,000 fans on their concert tour of Taupō and Queenstown in February 2012.
With a vision to expand to other parts of the country, Matakana was added as a venue keeping in with our ‘breathtaking locations’ philosophy, and in 2013 were proud to deliver another great concert tour at three locations featuring Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, Bachman and Turner, and America, followed up by our 2014 Summer Concert Tour which featured 10cc, Starship & Lynyrd Skynyrd.
2015 saw Three Dog Night, Foreigner and Heart hit our shores, followed by Melissa Etheridge, REO Speedwagon and Huey Lewis And The News in 2016, with Bonnie Tyler, Alan Parsons Live Project and Icehouse performing to over 40,000 fans in 2017.
The 2018 Summer Concert Tour saw all three concerts held in Queenstown, Taupō and Whitianga selling out in record time with 48,000 concert goers experiencing the incredible Colin Hay of Men At Work fame, Alanis Morissette and The Orchestra featuring former members of Electric Light Orchestra.
In 2019, Toni Childs, James Reyne (Australian Crawl), Mark Seymour (Hunters & Collectors, and Supertramp’s Roger Hodgson played to our 3 packed venues.
Over 50,000 fans snapped up tickets in another record sell out time for the 2020 Summer Concert Tour, our 10th anniversary tour, which starred Smash Mouth, Creedence Clearwater Revisited (who performed at the very first Gibbston Valley Winery Summer Concert in 2011), Anastacia, George Thorogood and the Destroyers, and Billy Idol.
In 2021, the Summer Concert Tour delivered an all-kiwi line-up of Gin Wigmore, Dragon, The Jordan Luck Band, stellar* and Hello Sailor performing to over 40,000 fans across the three shows
For the first time in the tour’s history, with ongoing Covid-19 challenges, the 2022 Summer Concert Tour was unable to take place.
While we were unable to hold our planned Whitianga Summer Concert in 2023 due to weather events in the week leading up to the show - ZZ TOP, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, Stone Temple Pilots and The Angels rocked out to a sold-out crowd at the Taupō Summer Concert followed by Queenstown’s Gibbston Valley Winery the following weekend.
2024 saw crowd favourites, Simple Minds, Texas, Collective Soul and Pseudo Echo take to the stage in Queenstown, Taupō and a one off stop at Claudelands Oval in Hamilton
Featuring an all-star line-up of Cold Chisel, ICEHOUSE, Bic Runga and everclear, the 2025 Summer Concert Tour celebrated its 15th anniversary in style with over 40,000 music lovers flocking to one of our shows held in Queenstown, Taupō and a welcome return to Whitianga.
After 15 years at Gibbston Valley we announced Three Parks Outdoor Arena in Wanaka will be our new South Island home for the next five years. Three Parks Outdoor Arena boasts outstanding views set against a picturesque mountainous backdrop.
In 2026 after rocking out in Taupo, the Summer Concert Tour headed to our new venue, Three Parks Outdoor Arena in Wanaka where the line-up delivered with Iggy Pop, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, ZED and the Hoodoo Gurus.
