Tickets are available through Ticketek and all Ticketek outlets.
A limited number of local tickets will be available at $85 per person. These can only be purchased directly through the i-SITE in Queenstown or Wanaka, or at Gibbston Valley Winery.
Children 11 years and under are free when accompanied by an adult. Tickets are not replaceable or refundable if lost, stolen or damaged, please treat them like cash.

Alcohol is NOT permitted to be bought into the venue to comply with the NZ Liquor Licensing laws.
A wide selection of Gibbston Valley Wines including Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and their award-winning Pinot Noir will be sold at the venue along with beer and non-alcoholic beverages. FREE refill water will be available.
You may bring your own picnic and non-alcoholic drinks. A variety of local food vendors will be on site. Please note: the management reserves the rights to search bags and coolers on entry and prohibited items will be confiscated.
On-site car parking is available, accessible from Gibbston Highway.
Parking fee is a gold coin donation to a local community group.
Please follow signage and directions on the day.
Bus parking provision off Gibbston Highway. No overnight campavan parking will be available. Taxi drop-off and collection points will be available.
BUS INFO FOR PRE-PURCHASED TICKETEK TICKET HOLDERS
Departures to the concert – every 10 minutes from 9.30 am – 1 pm depart O’Connells Mall Camp St Queenstown to Gibbston Valley Winery main entrance via pickups at Frankton Bus Shelter, Kawarau Rd and Arrowtown Bus Centre, Arrowtown.
Return transfer from Gibbston 6.30 pm – 10.30 pm depart Gibbston Valley Winery main entrance for return journey to O’Connells Mall Camp St, Queenstown via drop offs at Arrowtown Bus Centre, Arrowtown and Frankton Bus Shelter, Kawarau Rd, Frankton. NB: Coaches will continue until every person has returned.
NOTE Passengers have to pre-purchase their bus tickets through Ticketek, and produce their ticket to our drivers to gain entry on board buses for both journeys.
Chairs are permitted to be used at the venue but, please be considerate to the people around you.
NO umbrellas or sun shades permitted, so please bring hats and plenty of sun screen.
The show will go on rain, hail, or shine so come prepared for NZ’s changeable weather. The concert will only be cancelled if the conditions are considered dangerous by the organisers.
If cancellation occurs, tickets will be refunded only at the point of purchase. If a change is made to the line-up and it is out of the promoters control, no refunds will be made.
The event is wheelchair accessible.
Parking and toilets will be available but as it is a grass venue please ensure mobility on this surface.

No professional video or audio recording equipment is to be brought in to the venue.
St Johns, Police and the Fire Service will be on site.
No animals except guide dogs.
No cookers or fires permitted on site.
Please bring plenty of cash as most vendors will not have card facilities within the venue.
Management reserves the right to remove or refuse entry to ticket holders considered dangerous or a nuisance or failing to comply with reasonable requests.
